Hi! My name is Anya. I am an independent producer working on projects related to CG, animation, graphic design, and fashion.
In my work I stick to the “Hollywood model”: I cast a team of professionals for a project depending on the tasks, goals, and skills needed, and manage the whole process from scratch (from budgeting and building client relations to offering a concept and writing a script, to production and further sound design and post-production).
I’ve been working in marketing, advertising, and CG production business for more than a decade: as an account manager in TBWA\, Sapient Nitro, TBC.Brands.Ads, as a brand manager in Vector Investments group and later in Metropol Hotel. Since 2018 I work as a freelance producer. I will showcase my main work directions below.
The main skills that I gained on this long bumpy road are:
- making tons of decisions daily and taking the responsibility for them
- to be a reliable and supportive navigator for the team
- the understanding that there are no problems, just challenges, and opportunities
